The freakishly cold spring weather (it snowed in London a few days ago!) makes going back to Malaysia all the more appealing now. Surly Mr. Spring, who's doing a lousy job, should just relinquish his hold of the season and let Sexy Ms. Summer take over.

I can almost see it: coconut trees swaying in the cool sea breeze, white sandy beach and shimmering blue sea; I'm going to have a much-deserved summer break on one of the many beautiful Malaysian islands during my one-month visit back home.

It just might rekindle my dream of retiring on an island one day.
