This will mark my first Chinese New Year without family gatherings, amazing food, New Year goodies, and most lamentably, ang pows (red packets with money inside). I'm putting my Chinese New Year songs playlist on repeat to help bring about a festive mood and to remind me of the many fond memories I had spending the New Year with my family back home.
