If you've been to this photoblog long enough, you may have seen the above two photos. I shot them in Putrajaya when I was there last October. First featured in the inaugural issue of TellTale, they remain to be my all-time favourites. Over at MSNBC Travel, there's an article on Putrajaya which you might want to check out. Also on MSNBC, the behind-the-scenes of the much anticipated Spiderman 2. Jeff Giles, senior editor of the Newsweek Arts & Entertainment section, has given his thumbs up for the superhero flick, citing merits such as great plot and depth among others. More stuff to read: this interview; Michael Moore handled the interview rather well especially when answering some really tough questions and allegations.
Photography enthusiasts: Do not miss out on the Kota/City Photo Exhibit that is being held at the 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Organised jointly by The United States Embassy, City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Badan Warisan Malaysia, the exhibition showcases photos shot around Malaysia and Chicago. I was there earlier today but I managed only to catch a glimpse of some of the photos; the exhibit was closed to the public to give some bigshots a go at cutting little red ribbons. Will mosey along to the exhibition again later this week. Hopefully by then, they would have enough fun at ribbon-snipping.
